Go Zone Indoor Playground Project

As a professional indoor playground equipment supplier, Zhenghan was responsible for structural engineering, manufacturing control, quality inspection, and installation guidance for the complete indoor playground equipment system. The project integrates multiple interactive and soft-play zones to support physical activity, coordination development, and social interaction for children in a controlled indoor environment.

Double Slide with Ball Pit
A combined slide and ball pit module designed to support continuous play flow and group interaction, improving circulation efficiency during peak operating hours.

Donut Slide
A circular sliding module focused on smooth motion experience and repeat play engagement, engineered for stable speed control and safe landing zones.

Foam Block Pit
A soft play zone that encourages jumping, throwing, and free-form movement activities, using impact-absorbing materials to reduce fall risk.

Trampoline Zone
A core activity area supporting jumping, balance development, and lower-limb coordination under controlled structural conditions.

Role-Play Area
An interactive role-play zone designed to support imagination, communication skills, and cooperative play behavior.

The primary load-bearing structure is constructed using galvanized steel columns (80×80mm, 2.0mm thickness) and horizontal beams (40×80mm, 2.5mm thickness), providing high structural strength and long-term corrosion resistance suitable for commercial indoor playground equipment environments. Selected components utilize black, US-imported PP materials with TÜV certification to ensure durability and safety compliance.

Impact zones incorporate 28g density foam blocks and thickened ocean balls with an 8cm diameter. Trampoline areas are protected using 7cm thick pearl cotton padding. Play platforms consist of moisture-resistant boards layered with 3cm pearl cotton for effective impact absorption.

All child-contact surfaces are finished with 0.45mm flame-retardant PVC, selected for abrasion resistance and ease of cleaning. Decorative areas use 0.9mm PU covering. EVA safety flooring is installed at a thickness of 2cm. Role-play toys are manufactured from environmentally friendly plastic materials. All materials are confirmed to be non-toxic, fire-resistant where applicable, and suitable for long-term commercial indoor playground equipment use.

The Go Zone project was engineered and manufactured in accordance with ASTM F1918 and EN 1176 / EN 1177 standards. These standards regulate load-bearing performance, fall protection, spacing control, material safety, and durability requirements for indoor playground equipment.

All structural components underwent standardized manufacturing processes including precision cutting, certified welding, surface treatment, and pre-assembly inspection. During installation, vertical columns were anchored using mechanical expansion bolts, and all structural connections were torque-checked on site to ensure stability.

Final inspection confirmed overall structural integrity, impact attenuation performance, flame-retardant PVC compliance, and system durability. The Go Zone indoor playground equipment supplied by Zhenghan meets international safety standards and is suitable for long-term commercial operation.
