The installation was completed in under four weeks to avoid major disruption to the gym’s regular schedule. Our team worked in evening shifts, coordinating with the center’s contractors to make sure flooring, lighting, and ventilation aligned with the new play zone. Once the equipment was assembled and safety tested, the indoor play set was ready for launch.
The play area proved to be a turning point for the fitness center. Membership sign-ups among families rose by 37% in the first quarter after launch. Parents who had previously left the gym returned, citing the new play equipment as the main reason.
