JUMP N FUN @ City Centre Mirdif - 780sqm Indoor Playground Project in Dubai, UAE

As the Chief Factory Engineer for Zhenghan, this document details the manufacturing specifications for the 780sqm JUMP N FUN project located at City Centre Mirdif, Dubai. As a premier indoor playground equipment supplier, we engineered and modularly produced a series of independent facilities tailored for this specific commercial space.

To ensure maximum safety and interactivity, our factory manufactured the following core components:

• Trampoline: The core jumping mat utilizes a black, US-imported PP material featuring exceptional tensile fatigue resistance and holds official TUV certification.

• Carousel: A dynamic rotation device driven by a precision gear motor. The central load-bearing shaft is reinforced, and all external contact points are wrapped in soft cushioning materials to prevent impact injuries.

• Ball Pit & Slide: The pit is filled with 8cm thickened, crush-resistant ocean balls to prevent deformation under heavy foot traffic. The slide features an anti-static PVC surface for a smooth and safe trajectory.

• Electric Ball Shower: An independent, plug-in pneumatic interactive machine. It features a built-in high-power silent blower and a closed-loop piping system for automatic suction and spraying.

• Obstacle Course: A complex load-bearing steel structure integrating multiple physical barrier modules, specifically designed for high-intensity coordination training.

For the primary structural framework, all metal components utilize 48mm diameter, 2.0mm thick galvanized pipes, ensuring maximum structural stability and long-term durability against corrosion. The durability of the galvanized pipes ensures long-term structural integrity even under constant dynamic loads.

The cushioning system is highly specialized for this indoor playground equipment project. Trampoline edges are equipped with 7cm thick EPE (pearl cotton) soft padding. Platform structures consist of a 1.5cm moisture-proof wood board base, layered with a 3cm composite shock-absorption layer of EPE and high-density sponge.

All direct player contact areas are seamlessly wrapped in 0.45mm flame-retardant PVC, which is highly wear-resistant and easy to clean. Non-contact decorative sections utilize 0.9mm PU leather, complemented by 2cm EVA anti-slip mats across the entire subfloor to maximize traction.

The installation of this project strictly adheres to international safety standards. Thickened, high-tension protective nets are installed across all perimeters to eliminate climbing and fall risks. All raw materials are certified safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.

For plug-in equipment like the electric ball shower and carousel, our engineering team executed strict electrical wiring protocols. All cables are fully insulated, concealed, and routed through independent earth leakage circuit breakers. Our testing phase includes rigorous continuous-operation simulations to verify thermal management and motor efficiency, guaranteeing absolute electrical safety during continuous, high-load operational cycles in the commercial mall environment.
