One leisure center recently transformed its facility by installing kids indoor playground equipment, turning it into a lively destination for the whole community.
The customer was the manager of a mid-sized sports and leisure center in Valparaíso. Traditionally, the venue catered to adults with fitness classes and sports courts. However, many of their members voiced the same concern: there wasn’t much for children to do.
The manager began researching options online and came across our projects through a series of LinkedIn posts shared by another client. Inspired by how the equipment created family-friendly environments, he contacted us to design a custom indoor playground that would complement the existing sports facilities. His goal was clear—make the center more appealing to families while opening new revenue streams through kids’ memberships and party bookings.
Our design team proposed a compact but engaging play zone that included:

The equipment was shipped and installed in under three weeks. To minimize disruption, our installation team worked after hours, ensuring the center could continue its daytime operations. Staff were given safety and supervision guidelines, making it easy for them to integrate the new space into daily use.
The results came quickly. Within two months, family memberships rose by 38%, and the center began receiving weekend bookings for children’s parties—something they hadn’t offered before.
In the manager’s words:
