As the Chief Factory Engineer at Zhenghan, I’m excited to walk you through one of our favorite recent builds: the 520sqm SweetPlay project in Greenwood Village, Colorado. With a decade of experience helping investors build indoor parks from the ground up, we know exactly what it takes to make a park successful.

For this commercial space, we didn't just drop in random, disconnected pieces. As your trusted indoor playground equipment supplier, we engineered a massive, seamlessly integrated Candyland-themed ecosystem. Let me show you how it all comes together!

Instead of treating every ride as a standalone unit, we engineered the whole park to flow together perfectly. It saves space, keeps the kids moving, and makes the whole structure rock-solid. Let’s dive into some of the coolest zones in this setup:

1. Interactive Ball Wall

First up is the Interactive Ball Wall, which we built right into the main frame. It uses a super reliable, heavy-duty standard blower to suck up and shoot out ocean balls through clear acrylic tubes. It gives kids that fun, hands-on scientific interaction without relying on overly complex, computerized motors that are a hassle to maintain.

2. Spiral Tube Slide & Cylinder Tower

Think of the cylinder tower as the central hub connecting different play routes—we wrapped the whole thing in thick, anti-collision padding. Attached to it is a spiral slide made from food-grade LLDPE plastic. It has fantastic anti-static properties, and our seamless internal joints mean the kids get a fast, super smooth ride right into the main play area.

3. Candy Climbing Wall

We built this wall to handle serious vertical loads and customized the holds to look like giant candies! But when it comes to safety, we don't mess around. We use double protection here: there's a massive buffer pad at the bottom landing zone, plus a professional safety belt system for the climb itself.

4. Stepping Pillars

These high-altitude stepping pillars connect our elevated platforms. Each pillar has a tough, reinforced steel pipe core, but we wrap them heavily in high-density EPE pearl cotton and durable PU leather. No matter how a kid navigates them, they are protected by soft cushioning from all angles.

5. Three-Lane Wave Slide

We went with premium fiberglass panels for this wide, three-lane slide. Fiberglass is incredibly durable and provides an ultra-smooth finish so kids can race side-by-side without friction slowing them down. Plus, the extended buffer zone at the bottom ties right into the floor mats, ensuring every landing is soft and safe.

6. Carousel

Our dynamic carousel is powered by a standard heavy-duty motor—built for smooth, all-day rotation without the headache of delicate, dedicated control boxes. The central column passed intense stress testing to integrate perfectly with the static frames around it, and we stuffed all the suspended seats with high-resilience sponge.

7. Challenge Area

Woven right into the main structure, this zone tests physical coordination with rope bridges and balance beams. We built the framework entirely out of load-bearing steel cables and treated wood, placing a deep ocean ball pit right underneath as the ultimate passive defense layer.

Now, let's talk about what holds all this indoor playground equipment together. For the main skeleton, we rely on 48mm diameter, 2.0mm thick galvanized pipes. They are the absolute best for handling non-stop dynamic loads and fighting off rust.

For the platforms, we use sturdy multi-plywood boards topped with a 3cm layer of EPE and high-density sponge. We seamlessly wrap all the high-traffic touchpoints in eco-friendly Plato PVC. It’s flame-retardant, incredibly easy to clean, and handles wear and tear like a champ. The non-contact decor gets PU leather, and we cover the floor in 2cm EVA anti-slip mats for maximum grip.

Safety isn't just a checklist for us; it's about practical, everyday protection. We install thickened, high-tension protective nets across all perimeters and suspended areas so you never have to worry about climbing or fall risks.

For any plug-in equipment, our electrical team hides and fully insulates all wiring. Everything runs through independent earth leakage circuit breakers, guaranteeing that the park runs safely and smoothly from opening to closing time.
