This project covers the design, manufacturing, and installation of the WigglyWorld indoor playground located in Indore, India, with a total area of 280sqm.

The main structure is built with galvanized steel pipes (48mm diameter, 2.0mm thickness), providing strong load-bearing performance and corrosion resistance. Trampoline systems use US-imported PP jumping mats with TÜV certification for durability and elasticity. Impact areas are protected by 7cm pearl cotton padding, while platforms combine moisture-resistant boards with cushioning layers for safety.
All child-contact surfaces use 0.45mm flame-retardant PVC for wear resistance and easy cleaning. Decorative surfaces use 0.9mm PU material. EVA flooring (2cm) enhances shock absorption. Slides are made from fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) for long-term durability.
The role-play area uses environmentally friendly plastic components and protective painted boards. The sand pit uses non-toxic safe sand. Protective nets are thickened and reinforced. All materials are non-toxic, moisture-resistant, and meet indoor playground equipment safety requirements.
Safety Compliance & InstallationAll indoor playground equipment was manufactured under standardized processes including cutting, welding, and pre-assembly inspection. The system follows ASTM and EN safety principles for load-bearing, fall protection, and material safety.
During installation, all structural columns were anchored using expansion bolts, and all joints were torque-checked. Safety zones, padding, and enclosure systems were verified on site.
Final inspection confirmed structural stability, material durability, and operational safety. The WigglyWorld indoor playground is suitable for long-term commercial use.
