Q: What's the procedure to place an order for a trampoline park? 

A: The procedure is like this: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: How soon can I get a plan or design? 

A: It depends on the size of your playground. In general, it takes about 3 working days to finish an overall design.

Q: What about the trade and payment terms?

 A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all welcomed. 

In terms of payment terms, our regular payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading. For large orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. 

For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are fine.
