Q: I want to order an indoor playground. What's the workflow?

 A: The workflow is as follows: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: Any idea about the time frame for a plan or design?

 A: It's determined by the size of your playground. On the whole, it takes around 3 working days to work out an overall design.

Q: Could you tell me about the trade and payment terms?

 A: Regarding trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all suitable. Concerning payment terms, our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before loading. 

For large orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are okay.
